Picture
Ingredients:
2lbs Pork Shoulder Roast
2 tbsp fresh Garlic - chopped
1 tsp cracked Black pepper
1 tbsp dried Thyme
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 cup sweet fruit wine  or  apple juice
1 cup prepared BBQ sauce
6 Kaiser buns
Cooking Instructions:
Mix together garlic, peppercorns, thyme and mustard to form a paste; rub into the pork shoulder and place it in a roasting pan.
In a separate bowl. mix wine or juice and BBQ sauce together; pour it over the pork. Cover with lid or tin foil and place in a preheated oven of 350 F. Bake for 30 mins, then lower heat to 200 F and keep cooking for 4-5 hours.
Remove from oven and take oven from pan, setting aside to cool.
Pour liquid from pan into small sauce pan and heat on stove top  until it thickens into a glaze. Using two forks shred the pork and place it back into the roasting pan. Stir in the glaze - heat to desired temperature.
Serve pork on buns with a coleslaw on the side.
